The Village Administrator-Clerk carries out the policies of the Mayor and Trustees, supervises the various departments, coordinates all activities of the Village government and approves all purchases. The Village Administrator-Clerk is in charge of the Village Office and issues licenses and permits, and is the custodian of all Village records.
The Village Treasurer is responsible for the receipt, disbursement, and accounting for and investment of all Village funds, collects taxes and submits an annual budget to the Board of Trustees.
The Village office is located at 318 Lakeville Road, and is open week-days from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for the following holidays:

The Village Office is the main source of information for residents. The telephone number is (516) 482-4411.
Besides the Administrator and Treasurer, there is an office staff of clerks and a Building Inspector.
Our Village Police Department is located on Vanderbilt Drive and has a separate telephone number (516) 482-4600. Installation of an enhanced 911 emergency system, which when dialed from your home, will automatically connect you with the Lake Success police headquarters where your telephone number and location will be seen on a special read out.
